The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jhanjharpur P. S. Case No. 25 of 2017 instituted under Sections 414, 401 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that except disclosure of the name of the petitioner by co-accused from whose house motorcycle was recovered there is no other material against him and case dairy shows no criminal antecedent against the petitioner. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Sumit Mishra, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
