The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 387 of the Indian Penal Code and section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. It is alleged that the petitioner stuck the truck of the informant and demanded levy.

It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is a labour. He was working in the brick kiln of the informant and when he demanded wages, this false case has been lodged against him.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40203 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 166 of 2015.
