This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Sessions Trial No. 23 of 2016 arising out of Amarpur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2015 pending in the Court of the Additional District Judge, I, Banka.

The present first information report is subsequent to Amarpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2015 relating to same occurrence. The Court had already refused regular bail to the petitioner in Amarpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2015.

The petitioner may approach this Court after grant of bail in that case because the present case is simply another first information report of the same case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of for the time being.
