JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 16-07-2018 This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging order dated 24.01.2017 passed by the learned Writ Court in CWJC No.16009 of 2016.

Apart from the fact that six defects are pointed out by the office and there is some delay in filing of the appeal, we find that challenging the same order passed on 24.01.2017, more than 125 Letters Patent Appeals were decided by a common order passed on 17.04.2018 in LPA No.535 of 2017 and other

Patna High Court LPA No.674 of 2018(3) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 cases. That apart, records also indicate that this appeal was filed on 10th of May, 2018 much after dismissal of Letters Patent Appeal No.535 of 2017 on 17.04.2018.

Keeping in view the order passed on 17.04.2018 in LPA No.535 of 2017 and other connected appeals by a coordinate Bench of this Court, identical in nature, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter. The appeal also stands dismissed in identical terms.
