Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order passed by the District Programme Officer, the petitioner filed an appeal vide Appeal No.48-99 of 2012, which has been dismissed on the ground that the petitioner has parallelly challenged the order of the District Programme Officer in C.W.J.C. No.16151 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the said writ petition was withdrawn from this Court, is apparently clear from the order dated 16.12.2016 passed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.19266 of 2014(3) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 C.W.J.C. No.16151 of 2013.

In this view of the matter, the order dated 19.09.2014 passed in Appeal No. 48-99 of 2012 is set aside and the appeal is restored to its original file. The appellate authority is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner after giving due notice to all side within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
