2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2023 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504/34 of I.P.C. and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.07.2023 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59370 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 Misc. No. 26996 of 2023.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Khusrupur P.S.
