2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 584 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and other family members are said to have killed the daughter of the informant.

4. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The marriage is of the year 2014. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 21.04.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61262 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-Ist, Gaya/concerned Court in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 584 of 2023.
