Petitioner being brother's wife of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is killing the daughter of the informant little over two years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand of Pulsar motorcycle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that demand of Pulsar motorcycle was made by the husband of the victim who is in custody. The petitioner claims to be separate from the husband of the victim. Considering the thrust of accusation against

No.40577 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 2/2 the husband of the victim and the petitioner being lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
