JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, State and Sanskrit Shiksha Board.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Sanskrit Shiksha Board submits that the bill for payment of the petitioners is required to be submitted by the headmaster of the petitioners' school, but unfortunately the headmaster has not submitted the bill for payment of salary of the petitioner. He submits that as soon as the bill is presented for payment of salary by the headmaster of the school in question, the Board will do the needful for payment of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17931 of 2016 (2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 salary of the petitioners.

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Board to use its office to ensure that the headmaster of the school submit the bill within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and will take all coercive steps to ensure compliance of the direction of this Court for presentation of the bill and the follow up action to ensure payment of salary by the respondents within a maximum period of 60 days as indicated herein above.
