The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No.24 of 2019 registered under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act.
The victim alleged that while she had gone to banana orchard to ease out, Arun Kumar dragged her and committed rape with her. While the victim was returning, she came across the petitioner(Ravinder Paswan), brother of Arun Kumar, and on narration, the petitioner is said to have abused and threatened the victim.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not alleged to have even touched the body of the victim. Petitioner is the brother of Arun Kumar.

No.56998 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge 1st-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.24 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
