JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 379 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Khukhari on his head. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is case and counter case in which both sides sustained injuries. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State and the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. Considering the facts of the case and clean antecedent
