2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 161 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 308(3), 351(2), 352 and 326(g) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is the son of the informant who is in custody since 23.03.2025.

4. From the argument of learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that now the mother does not want to prosecute the son any further as he has been sufficiently punished.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Kishnganj/ concerned Court in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 161 of 2025.
