JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 23-11-2022 By order dated 17.08.2022, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was permitted to be withdrawn with an observation that if petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in accordance with law, but petitioner has not surrendered before the learned court below and he filed the instant anticipatory bail application. From perusal of the materials available on record, I am not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail application is again rejected in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No.87 of 2021.
