JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the present writ petition is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 17-08-2021 passed by the District Magistrate, Araria in Aanganbari Appeal No. 05/2020 by which an appeal filed against the order dated 20-02-2020 passed by the District Programmer Officer, Araria (I.C.D.C.) has been dismissed."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
