2. The petitioner has prayed for grant of following relief :- "1. That the present application is being filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the respondent/opposite party for non-compliance of the Hon'ble Court's order dated 03.07.2019 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.Kumar in miscellaneous appeal no.1 of 2015, arising out of claim application no. OA000165 of 2010, whereby and where under, the respondent/opposite party was directed to co-operate the learned Railway Claims Tribunal, Patna bench at Patna to decide the claim case within a period of six months."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court MJC No.1999 of 2022(2) dt.10-03-2026 2/2 show cause has come on behalf of Opposite Party and in paragraph No.4 shows that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

4. In that background, in the present, no contempt is made out and granting liberty to agitate the matter, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
