2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the respondents-opposite party/contemnors for their willful and deliberate violation of the order/judgment dated - 29.04.2024 passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.2809 of 2025(4) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 CWJC No. 6470 of 2023."

3. This Court wanted the concerned court to take the matter to its logical conclusion in one year but the same has not been concluded.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that contrary to the allegation, he is diligently appearing but the case has not been disposed of.

5. Requesting the concerned Court to take up the matter and dispose it of by 30.06.2026, the MJC No. 2809 of 2025 stands disposed of.

6. It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to appear before the Court for two consecutive dates, he cannot expect any sympathy from this Court.
