2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kawakole P.S Case No. 90/2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/109/117(2)/352 /351(3)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 14.03.2025 at about 05:00 P.M., all the eight F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners, armed with iron rod & danda, came at the door of informant and started abusing them. Petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted informant on her stomach, causing injury and pain, as she was pregnant of three months and thereafter, both petitioners assaulted on the head of informant's husband.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are co-villagers and due to petty dispute, Maarpit took place. No motive has been assigned in the F.I.R. as to why these petitioners & others committed alleged offence. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 90 of 2025, corresponding to PTN no. 1183 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
