The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case No.2940 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 498(A)/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the O.P. No.2 the matter was referred before the Mediation Centre Patna High Court, Patna for settlement of the dispute in between the petitioner and O.P.No.2 who are the husband and the wife where both the petitioner and the O.P.No.2 have settled the dispute in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46934 of 2016 (5) dt.31-10-2017 2/2 terms of the agreement as attached mediation report dated 18.9.2017. At present the petitioner and the O.P.No.2 have no grievance.

In view of the report of the Mediation Centre Patna High Court, Patna, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Araria, in Complaint Case No.2940 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
