This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Mufassil P.S. Case No. 408 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner and also the materials against him, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
