The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the Circle Officer to dispose of his petition for mutation of Khesra No.904, area 1 katha 10 dhurs of Khata No.167. The petitioner purchased the land from Md. Taslim but on query, learned counsel for the petitioner could not be able to show any petition filed before the Circle Officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file petition along with the sale deed for mutating his name.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19128 of 2019(2) dt.16-09-2019 2/2 Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to present the petition before the Circle Officer for mutating his name and on such, Circle Officer shall dispose of the petition of the petitioner within six months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
