The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 5 liters of country made liquor and some medicine from cattle house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is accused in one case but he is on bail in the said case. The petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57479 of 2019(3) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 languishing in custody since 11.06.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Second Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (Excise Act), Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamala P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019.
