JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after eight months of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that the victim went traceless but subsequently, her dead body was located in a well, though no injury was found on the dead body of the victim. Hence, only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42828 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the same is rejected in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 28 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Jamui.
