Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

160 bottles of country made liquor are said to have been recovered from tempo of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 12.08.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
