The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhaka (Panch Pakari) P.S. Case No. 193 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Further submission is that there is specific allegation against co-accused Neyaz. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61875 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Dhaka (Panch Pakari) P.S. Case No. 193 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
