Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that while the informant was going to Muzaffarpur on motorcycle, several miscreants boarded on motorcycle surrounded him and on the point of pistol snatched his motorcycle, mobile phone, Rs. 400/-, license card, ATM card etc. Petitioner is suspected to be one of the miscreants. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case only on basis of suspicion and nothing incriminating has been recovered from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48236 of 2016 (3) dt.30-01-2017 2/2 his possession. It is further submitted that charge has already been framed in the case. Petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2016.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016.
