The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The vendee presented six challan out of which one challan of Rs. 1,12,600/- was found fake. The petitioner is one of the vendors and he did not produce any challan before the SubRegistrar. It was the vendee who produced the challan and the vendee is responsible for presenting the fake challan. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
