The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bihar Sharif P.S. Case No. 87/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 324, 341, 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons were putting bamboo on his land and he protested. On order of Rajesh Kumar, Rajnish Kumar fired which hit on the arm of the informant. When Chhotu Kumar came to save him the petitioner is alleged to have fired which hit on his left shoulder. It is submitted that the land belongs to the petitioner and the injury found on the shoulder of the Chhotu Kumar is simple. Having considered the fact that the petitioner fired causing injury on the left shoulder of Chhotu Kumar, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
