In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority. In case the appeal is filed within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order, the Appellate Authority will condone the delay in filing the appeal and decide the same expeditiously.
