2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- I. For quashing the illegal selection of the private respondent no.6 to the post of Anganbari Sevika in Anganbari Center No.114, Ward No.24, Village-Nehrua Kala Panchayat Machhwaliya, District-Gopalganj, who has lesser marks than the petitioner.

II. For directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Anganbari Sevika in Anganbari Center No.114, Ward No.4 on the basis of merit list as per the guidelines of Anganbari selection rules.

Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the appointment of private respondent no.6 has been challenged by the petitioner and according to the relevant margdarshika for the appointment of Anganbari Sevika and Sahayika, the original forum for challenge is the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner in response thereof submits that he has filed his representation before the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj (annexed as Annexure6), but till date, no decision has been taken. Therefore, the petitioner has moved before this Hon'ble Court.

5. In the light of the submissions made by the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to produce this order before the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj, who shall pass order in the light of relevant margdarshika/guidelines relating to the appointment of Anganbari Sevika and Sahayika at the relevant time within 90 days from the date of production of the order, if not disposed off earlier.
