Having regard to the admitted position that the impugned order of punishment passed against the petitioner despite being made subject matter of appeal filed by the petitioner and the same has not been disposed of as yet, this Court on being assured by Mr. Prabhakar Tekriwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Food Corporation of India, that such appeal shall be disposed of within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order, would direct that the appellate authority must ensure that the undertaking given by his learned counsel is carried out in letter and spirit. In other words, if the appeal of the petitioner has not been disposed of as yet, the same must be disposed of within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.14597 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 period of one month from the date of receipt of this order by the appellate authority.
With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
