Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the onus has wrongly been shifted on the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this civil revision petition against the order dated 19.07.2014 passed in Misc.Case No.20 of 2011 by learned Sub-Judge-I, Begusarai, whereby the petition of the O.P. filed under Order-9 Rule 13 of C.P.C. has been allowed and the ex-parte judgment and decree dated 19.11.2009 passed in Title Suit No.34 of 2009 has been set aside.

I find no merit in this Civil Revision petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
