Not only petitioner was apprehended in drunken condition rather he was also found in possession of two litre of country made liquor and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 13.08.2016 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner Siyaram Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Pradip Kumar Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, in connection with Bihariganj P.S.
