JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for directing the respondents to make payment of the leave encashment amount.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the respondent no.2 by filing an appropriate representation, hence respondent no.2 be directed to take appropriate decision within the stipulated time. Having regard to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of
