JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is not being given promotion on the post of BA trained scale teacher which she is entitled to be given at least from 29.11.2012, the date from which some of the juniors to the petitioner have been promoted in the said scale.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several representations have been filed by the petitioner before the District Education Officer but no action has been taken thereon. In the aforesaid circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall file a fresh representation before the District Education Officer, Nalanda (Biharshariff) along with a copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today, which shall be considered and disposed of
