2. Petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2016 in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 66 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 498A, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The accusation is of torture and making assault.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and birth of five children. The accusation has maliciously been levelled against the petitioner. Moreover the petitioner is still ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour.

5. Considering the nature of injury and period of

No.48132 of 2016 (3) dt.28-01-2017 custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 66 of 2016.
