Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bachhawara PS Case No.18 of 2018, registered under Sections 366/366(A)/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the daughter of the informant was enticed away by one Raja Babu Paswan and the petitioner and others assisted in the kidnapping of the girl. It is submitted that it is a case of elopement, the girl of the informant has left her house along with Raja Babu Paswan and police has not sent up the parents of Raja Babu Paswan and this petitioner is the friend of Raja Babu Paswan, so has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.31731 of 2018(2) dt.21-05-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Nitish Kumar is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Begusarai in connection with Bachhawara PS Case No.18 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
