2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Medni Chowki P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1b)a/26(1)/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, four country-made pistols and three live cartridges were recovered from the house of petitioner. Two mobile sets and Rs. 45,000/- cash were also recovered from the possession of co-accused Deepak Kumar.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is under custody since

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the witnesses in paragraph nos. 5 to 10 of the case diary have supported the prosecution case.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege for bail, which is hereby rejected.
