The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 37(b)/30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Nepali liquor was recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner and the petitioner was apprehended at the spot. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 01.06.2019. Investigation orf the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54107 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. Excise No.383 of 2019, arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No.130 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
