The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, a police officer, has stated that while he was on duty at Mananpur Railway Station 14-15 persons came and assaulted him with Lathi Danda. The informant got four bruise injuries on different parts of his body.

No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 21.05.2015. It is submitted that petitioner is resident of another district and the informant has not stated as to how he identified the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40798 of 2015 (2) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul (Lakhisarai) in Jhajha G.R.
