JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nalanda Mahila P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 376, 420, 406 and 34 Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of the records, it appears that petitioner has earlier also has moved for grant of anticipatory bail, which was rejected by this Court on merit vide order dated 02.03.2017, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8794 of 2017. However, no new grounds have been taken by learned counsel for the petitioner for reconsideration of his prayer for bail.

Accordingly, I find no merit in this application, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is once again rejected with direction to the petitioner to surrender in the court
