This application is for grant of anticipatory bail for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 D.P. Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner no.1 is the mother -in-law and the petitioner no.2 is the 'Bhabhi' of the deceased.

It has further been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that allegations are omnibus in nature and in this case, the chargesheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code against the husband of the deceased and the Chief Judicial Magistrate has taken cognizance under Section 304B/34 of the IPC and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act against the petitioners and other

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that the petitioners are ladies as well as the allegations are omnibus in nature, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jigar Sah, J.M. Ist class, Sheikhpura in connection with Korma P.S.Case No.28 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
