The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by sharp cutting weapons. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant by sharp cutting weapons but injury has been found simple in nature and caused by hard and blunt substance.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

No.68947 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
