The grievance of the petitioners is that they have not been granted the promotion in the B.A. trained pay scale in GradeIII, Pay Band-2 with Grade Pay with effect from 19.08.2013, i.e. the date of promotion of their immediate juniors, despite the petitioners having requisite qualification for the same. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that by office order dated 9.7.2013, the direction was given to produce the necessary documents with regard to the eligibility for being granted B.A. trained scale and grade pay, pursuant to which the petitioners by letter dated 20.7.2013 submitted all their documents before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali along with their representation of the same date but no action has been taken on the same.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14075 of 2015 (2) dt.04-09-2015 In the aforesaid view of the matter, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider and dispose of the representation dated 20.7.2015 of the petitioners within a period of two months from filing of a fresh copy of the said representation including Annexures along with a copy of this order.
