The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is a case of loot of a jewellery shop but then the F.I.R. is against unknown and the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused which has no evidentiary value. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
