Mr. Singh submits that the supply appeal preferred by him against the order of cancellation of license vide Supply Appeal No. 1 of 2021 which is still pending before the Appellate Authority.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15388 of 2022(2) dt.23-01-2023 2/2 a period of sixty days positively, giving reasons in support of his conclusions.
