2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024 dated 03.02.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/s 302, 120(B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant's son (Sudish Yadav) was feeding the animal at his house, in the meantime, the co-accused Abhishek Kumar took him to his door where the petitioners along with other co-accused persons were

The specific allegation is against the co-accused Abhishek Kumar who stabbed him on his chest due to which he succumbed to the injuries. The reason for the alleged offence is that Abhishek Kumar had taken Rs. 80,000/- from the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and there is no specific allegation against them rather the specific allegation of stabbing the deceased is against the co-accused Abhishek Kumar. Being the parents of the main assailant, they have been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 04.02.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Siwan in connection with Darauli P.S.
