The petitioner stands convicted of an offence punishable under Sections 406, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period of three years by the learned trial Court. His conviction has been affirmed by the appellate Court by judgment and order dated 25.05.2015 but sentence of imprisonment has been modified and reduced to two years.
The present criminal revision application has been preferred against the said judgments and orders of the Courts below.
An application for grant of bail vide I. A. No. 2320 of 2016 has been filed during the pendency of the revision
application. Considering the facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed.
During the pendency of the revision application, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Trial No. 1020 of 2006 arising out of Kutumba P.S.
