JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-08-2018 The petitioner is aggrieved because according to him the name of one of the accused whom he calls the main accused was not recorded in the First Information Report and the charge-sheet does not contain his name. Admittedly, after completion of the investigation police has submitted a charge-sheet in this case. In the opinion of this Court, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the investigation and is looking for further investigation, his remedy lies under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure before the regular Court where the entire materials may be considered and the learned Court below may pass an appropriate
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1151 of 2016 (2) dt.23-08-2018 2/2 order. The petitioner may avail his remedy, accordingly. The application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
