JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 11.04.2016 issued by the District Programme Officer, Purnea, so far as the same relates to Serial no. 14 whereby and whereunder the respondent no.9 has been selected as a contractor by the District Mid Day Meal Committee in pursuance to the advertisement dated 4.2.2016. The learned counsel for the respondents has referred to the advertisement dated 4.3.2016 and has submitted that the said work was allotted to a contractor only for a period of one year and the same has lapsed, hence, the present writ petition
