On a perusal of the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, particularly, Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, we find that an enquiry has been conducted into the matter and after verifying the certificates and other documents submitted by Respondent No. 12 and obtaining verification certificate from the Deputy Registrar (Exam), University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and the communication received from them, the suspension of Respondent No. 12 has been quashed and he has been reinstated in service.
Taking note of the aforesaid counter affidavit filed by the respondents, now, we are not inclined to interfere into the matter at the instance of the petitioner in this Public Interest Litigation. The writ petition stands dismissed.
